Amenities include central A/C, TV, DVD, stereo, gas grill, and all else you might want. For the outdoor enthusiast there is a pool and hot tub, 2 seater kayak, bicycles and a paddleboard. From the dock, with it's 10,000 pound boat lift, boaters have excellent access to the Ocean, coral reefs and Gulfstream, as well as the Gulf and backcountry waters. Nearby there are groceries, post office, banks, conveniences, shopping, fuel, boat rentals, marinas and restaurants. The world renowned beach at Bahia Honda State Park is minutes away. The home is located within the National Key Deer Wildlife Refuge and encounters with these little creatures are common. Additional shopping, dining and sights are located along US 1 all the way into Key West (30 miles south) where you can find all sorts of great dining, unique shopping and history.
