If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy the Keys while getting away from it all, then Buttonwood Seclusion might just be the home for you. Located on a quiet street, surrounded by mature tropical palms and native hardwoods, this home is beautifully decorated with Indonesian furnishings. There is a covered screened porch overlooking the canal and dock as well as the serene pool area. Inside you will find a large and comfortable great room with a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area adjacent. For sleeping there are two twin beds and a queen in two bedrooms, plus a king in the master suite. Amenities include TV, DVD/CD, stereo, central A/C, barbecue and everything else you will need. From the concrete sea wall/dock, there is good access to the Atlantic and its coral reefs as well as the Gulf and back country for the explorer. Looe Key Reef National Marine Sanctuary is about a 30 minute boat ride for world class snorkeling and diving. Within a short drive there are stores for all types of shopping, great restaurants, marinas and tackle/dive shops, banks, post office, fuel and convenience stores as well as all the National Wildlife Sanctuaries. One half hour south by auto is Key West with its world famous dining, shopping, night life and unique history. Here you will also find excellent beaches. A drive of about 20 minutes north will put you on the world ranked beach at Bahia Honda State Park. The International Airport in Miami is a three hour drive north. |
