Located on the open water ocean side on Summerland Key, this three bedroom two bath home offers you a fantastic get away. Outside there is a 60 foot dock/sun deck for your convenience overlooking beautiful open water. Inside you will find the home newly refurbished with tile and Berber carpet. The kitchen is open and easy to enjoy while looking across the living area onto the screened porch and the magnificent water views beyond. You will find cable TV, VCR, central A/C, stereo radio, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, gas barbecue and much more. For sleeping there are king beds in two of the bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the third. The screened porch offers a great place to wind down at day's end and watch the sun begin its daily descent. For the boater, fisherman and diver there is excellent dockage for up to a 50 foot boat and exceptional deep draft access to the Atlantic and its coral reefs or Gulf Stream. The back country and Gulf are also easily available for smaller vessels. Nearby you will find restaurants, shopping, post office, banks, convenience stores, fuel, bait and tackle and excellent boat rentals. To the north about 20 minutes is Bahia Honda State Park for its world renowned beaches, or stop and see the famous little Key Deer on Big Pine Key. Key West and its unique shopping, history, dining and night life is 30 minutes south by auto. The airport in Miami is about three hours away. This is a non smoking home.
